CORONAVIRUS instances have grown in 10 cities and towns in the previous two months – threatening more neighborhood lockdowns.

The brand new hotspots can follow Leicester in visiting limitations brought back in, and bars and colleges shut again.

Health officials are currently keeping a close watch on those hotspots threatening the UK’s fight against the killer insect.

Leicester city council now reported 944 new cases arose in fourteen days, together with Public Health England data before indicating an increase in 80 involving June 13 – June 26.

And The Telegraph reports Doncaster, moment at the desk, found 43 fresh illnesses – half of the instances Leicester reported within the exact same two week interval.

Derbyshire, which boundaries Leicestershire, has also observed a stressing spike, together with 25 new instances in the week to June 26, an increase of 23 over the preceding week.

Sandwell, also from the Midlands, reported 18 fresh illnesses between June 13 – June 26.

London boroughs Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing will also be in the ten regions seeing an increase, and most of reported instances more than twice in only a week at precisely the exact same period of time.

Wigan, Richmond upon Thames and Gateshead all reported no new cases a week-and-a-half past, but have every seen two new illnesses from the week end June 26.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock said Leicester are the only place in England not permitted to ease constraints following a spike – but cautioned that the lockdown steps might be brought back in to additional climbing hotspots.
