China has introduced a short lived ban on all overseas guests, even when they’ve visas or residence permits.

The nation can also be limiting Chinese and overseas airways to at least one flight per week, and flights should not be greater than 75% full.

Although China reported its first locally-transmitted coronavirus case for 3 days on Friday, virtually all its new instances now come from overseas.

There have been 55 new instances throughout China on Thursday – 54 of them from abroad.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry stated it was “suspending the entry of foreign nationals” due to the “rapid spread of Covid-19 across the world”.
